Samantha Bohrer

Samantha Bohrer (She/Her): Samantha believes that telling stories is what can connect every person, regardless of how different the upbringing, experience, or personality of each person may be. She uses this love of storytelling to drive both her experiences in the world of theater, and in sports broadcasting– constantly striving to tell the truth with love and compassion no matter if it is a Chekov play or a hockey game. Samantha spent 15 years as a competitive dancer, and believes wholeheartedly that movement can be just as effective as spoken word, and storytelling is paramount to both. Beyond storytelling, Samantha strives to create art that feels both comfortable and uncomfortable, and can challenge viewers to examine their feelings in a cathartic and healing way. She also spends her time watching and reporting on multiple different sports (but is biased towards hockey), reading, and watching positively terrible reality television shows. Samantha hopes to never stop learning, is constantly in search of a new adventure.
