Lili Gutierrez
ACTOR
Liliana Gutierrez (She/Her) is an actor and singer from Los Angeles, California, currently based in New York City. She is a theater performance major with a special interest in Latin/Latinx American studies. She enjoys playing intelligent and strong-willed female characters finding their way, or what she calls “the twisted ingenue”. She has been passionate about pursuing a career in theater since she was six years old when she first joined an ensemble of her school play. Now, she enjoys telling stories that are often ignored. She feels obligated to combine her artistry with advocacy work and aims to shed light on the harsh realities many characters face to promote social change. Lili believes theater should be used as a cultural tool that demands society examines itself in the mirror. Her other passions include sketch comedy, singing R&B, reading magical realism, and having new experiences.
